You must be 18 years or older to use the App. Creating an account requires accurate information like email and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

User Obligations
- Provide truthful data; do not input third-party personal information.
- Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Prohibited: Harassment, illegal activities, reverse engineering, sharing login credentials, or disrupting the App.

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your device for personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit it. Features include AI-generated peptide suggestions (via OpenAI), tracking, and notifications. Subscriptions via Apple Pay; no refunds except as required by law.

Payments processed through Apple Pay or Superwall; we do not store payment details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Cancel via App Store settings.

All App content, AI outputs, and designs are our property or licensed to us. You receive no ownership rights beyond personal use.

You may delete your account anytime via the App. We may terminate access for violations, with or without notice. Upon termination, data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

Use at your own risk. We disclaim liability for indirect damages, health decisions, or App inaccuracies. Total liability capped at fees paid in the last 12 months. No warranties expressed or implied.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, with disputes resolved in Iași courts. For U.S. users, CCPA rights apply as in Privacy Policy.

We may update Terms; continued use means acceptance. Check App for updates.
