Peptides were the starting point because the review model Fitstar wanted to build — real biomarker baselines, physician review, ongoing rechecks — mattered most in a category where dosing and individual response vary this much from person to person.
It’s also a category that was, at the time, mostly sold with very little oversight: generic dosing, no baseline panel, no rechecks. That gap was the actual opportunity, more than the category itself. The same model is built to extend past peptides as it’s proven out.
