Onboarding starts with a health survey, not a product page — goals, history, anything currently being taken or treated. That’s what a clinician actually reviews before recommending anything, so it has to come first.
From there: clinician review, a protocol proposal you can ask questions about before accepting, and then your first shipment. Most members are through the whole flow in under a week, but nothing in it is rushed to hit that number — a protocol only goes out once it’s actually been reviewed.
