The case for ongoing monitoring

Clinical Team · Jul 24, 2026

A protocol that’s right for you today isn’t guaranteed to be right for you in six months. Bodies change, goals change, and a plan built off a single baseline panel starts to drift from reality the longer it goes unchecked.

That’s the whole argument for ongoing monitoring: regular check-ins, periodic rechecks, and a clinician who can actually adjust the plan when something in your data changes — not a protocol you’re locked into until you decide to cancel.
