A protocol adjustment can be triggered by a few different things: a rechecked biomarker panel showing a meaningful shift, a pattern in your check-in data worth a clinician’s attention, or you flagging something directly through the app.
Whatever triggers it, the same rule applies as the original protocol: a licensed physician reviews the change before it takes effect. Nothing gets adjusted automatically off a single data point — the review step that approved your first protocol is the same one that approves every change after it.
