Every compound Fitstar dispenses comes from a licensed compounding pharmacy, not a research-chemical supplier — a distinction that matters more than it might seem. Compounding pharmacies operate under pharmacy board oversight, with purity and dosing accuracy standards that unregulated suppliers simply aren’t held to.
That choice does limit which compounds are available at any given time to what a licensed pharmacy can actually compound. We’d rather have a narrower list built on that standard than a longer one that isn’t.
